Very disappointed with this place. They have refused to add my name to my 4 year old daughters contact list despite providing a court order and birth certificate. left feeling unnecessarily discriminated against as father
I am truly appalled at the treatment of my child by Dr. Spates...and this is supposed to be a kids only dentist! I took my daughter here for dental work based on reviews. She loved her consult and told everyone about her appointment to go back and how excited she was. We came back and had a tooth extracted and a cap put on, this is when things drastically changed.
