We had bought a cleaning and dental exam from a charity event . I went to use the certificate today and got treated absolutely horrible. The assistants rolled their eyes repeatedly , would not sign off on a school form, and acted like I was trying to scam them because I did not want X-rays ( which my other dentist already has of my child ).Do not donate a $250 certificate to see a dentist and then say you do not feel as if you can sign a school form. I love this place. the staff is so friendly and they were able to work with my VERY scared kiddo. I don't take the kids to any other dentist now.
The staff is amazing! We won't do ANYWHERE else
We have been here twice now with my 7 year old. He had to have cavities filled and tooth pulled. The staff and dentist were so kind to him and made him feel comfortable. They explained everything to him in a way he would understand. You can’t find a more caring staff and will recommend them to any parent looking for a dentist for their child.
They are very child oriented! They definitely decrease the anxiety kids feel going to the dentist and make them feel comfortable using cute kid friendly words and comforting voices! Love this place.
