The stylist was rude. No conversation with my son. She didn't even ask his name. She seemed to be in a hurry. When asked if she could use the clippers, she refused. She seemed to have little patience. I went there because I was told that they were good with kids with autism. We weren't there long. NEVER again.
Felt like the stylist was very rushed and did not make much attempt to interact with my daughter (which was the whole reason I brought her to a kids salon instead of just a regular salon), She was very rough with her hair even after I asked her not to dry brush her ringlet curls, I asked for a shoulder length cut and ended with a Chin Length cut (even though I stopped her after the first cut she made to reiterate that I did not want it so short). RecommendedThis is the only place we go for kids cuts now! It’s a favorite outing for the kids and they always get a great haircut! Worth traveling from the southwest suburbs!!
Scheduled what I thought would be a “first haircut experience” boy was I wrong. Apparently the stylist wasn’t informed of that so most of her hair was swept up before I could even get some and the haircut itself wasn’t what I wanted... baby girls hair is way too short now, just wanted a little off the back and her bangs cut enough that she could see. Won’t be going back there!!!
Friendly relaxed atmosphere!
We went to Just Kidding for the first time with our son and Renee was amazing. She followed my husband’s instructions and my son looks so wonderful! Always getting compliments! Renee is a true professional and so good with my son. Loved the haircut she gave him! Will definitely come back! Also extremely affordable! Highly recommend!
We have been back to Just Kidding for every hair cut my son has had! He cried the whole first time but our stylist had quick hands and did a wonderful job! Since then he looks forward to getting his hair cut!
We’ve had several different hairdressers and we have been happy with them all!
