Jada and her team are amazing. I’ve been working with Jada for a little while and joined her DBT skills classes this year. Everyone is knowledgeable, kind, and really seem to care about me as an individual. I guess I didn’t realize there were different types of therapy until I learned DBT but now that I do, it’s all I recommend to people.
