This is the first review I have ever written, but it is absolutely necessary. Because of previous experiences over years and years with different therapists, I was weary to start with Jada. Jada’s knowledge, passion, and skill are outstanding and top notch. It can be difficult to find good therapists to refer to and I would 100% refer clients to work with Jada and have referred many clients to her throughout the past few years. She shows up authentically and genuinely and continues to receive training and education to keep her skills sharp. If you want a therapist who will challenge you as well as support you, I’d recommend Jada.
My daughter has been seen Jada for a couple of years. We love how understanding and professional she is. We tried several providers before we picked Jada, and by far her personality and professionalism totally match with what we needed.
I have and will continue to refer friends and family members to Jada. She is extremely dedicated and passionate about helping everyone that walks through her door. Her skills and expertise make her a great therapist. She encourages her clients to be authentic and open to the process while bringing her true self into her sessions.
Every session felt like repeated the same thing over and over again. Sessions felt rushed and impersonal. Tried to charge almost the full cost of a session for paperwork I needed completed for fmla in order to not lose my job. sent the paperwork three separate times over a course of at least 2-3 weeks for it to finally be acknowledged and be told of the cost.
