I went in store today and found a pair of jeans in an area that had an extra 25% off the sale price. When going to pay for them, Diana told me they didn’t have the extra discount as they were incorrectly placed there. She checked with her manager and ended up honouring the discount as a one time gesture, but the way she said it to me was incredibly rude and demeaning. I made it to the store just after 5pm and after checking they were open until 5:30, ducked in to quickly replace my work jeans which were looking quite tired. I had a quick browse of the available styles and was approached by Lisa who asked me if I was looking for something in particular.
