Visited the store yesterday and Julie was helpful and patient. She was familiar with the current promotions and where things were kept and made an effort to locate specific stock for me. Lovely experience!
I never usually leave reviews, so this feels a bit awkward to write….. but I felt like something had to be said. On Saturday 7th February around 3 pm I came into the store with my daughter to try on a pair of white Abrand shorts. A younger staff member with long hair helped me straight away and was kind and helpful the whole time. I am a regular customer, usually shopping on Thursday nights, and Linda normally helps me and she has always been great. The Store Manager, Julie was absolutely incredible today. I was feeling defeated with jeans and my goodness did she come to the rescue! Before Julie spoke to me, I was ready to leave the store with nothing, feeling a bit flat. I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of jeans and feeling really bloody good! I am so grateful Julie, thank you so much for your kindness and understanding
