Very helpful & pleasant staff
I left this store after having a panic attack. I’ve never felt so overwhelmed in a shopping situation. I’m on the autism spectrum and have been shopping at Just Jeans for years, usually with Naiomi, who is always kind, patient and respectful. Unfortunately, she was unavailable the past few weeks and I was assisted by the store manager, Julie. Visited the store yesterday and Julie was helpful and patient. She was familiar with the current promotions and where things were kept and made an effort to locate specific stock for me. Lovely experience!
I never usually leave reviews, so this feels a bit awkward to write….. but I felt like something had to be said. On Saturday 7th February around 3 pm I came into the store with my daughter to try on a pair of white Abrand shorts. A younger staff member with long hair helped me straight away and was kind and helpful the whole time. I am a regular customer, usually shopping on Thursday nights, and Linda normally helps me and she has always been great.
