Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time, the ladies working there need to work on their interpersonal "skills". No hello, no help, no smile, bought a 90$ pair of jeans and I was treated almost with contempt. I'm sorry if you hate your job but it's retail, basic manners and common courtesy are part of the job.. Never ever shopping at just jeans ever again so congrats to the lovely ladies of batemans bay, you've just lost not only my business but I will be actively encouraging everyone I know to boycott this bus... read more
Good range of different Jean styles and lots of winter jumpers and jackets. Very friendly lady behind the counter. Smallish size shop though with not much room to move between the racks and other customers
