Nice work overall! I ordered the same arrangement from two different local florists for comparison. This florist put together a slightly larger, more elaborate, and beautiful arrangement than the other local florist. However, it was a bit regrettable that the flowers utilized were not as fresh as the ones in the arrangement from the other florist. Fabulous arrangements, very friendly and easy to work with.
Great job. I gave them the wrong address but the driver still managed to deliver a beautiful arrangement to my wifes office. One would think I would know the address after 7 years. Will certainly use them from now on.
The flowers delivered for my mother’s birthday were not at all what we ordered. What we ordered was a pink bouquet (specifically with no big lilies as she has cats) housed in a pink vase. We even paid for the “deluxe” upgrade. What she received was unacceptable, the colors do not make sense and feel haphazardly thrown together. I wish someone would have called me to explain that they couldn’t have made what we were looking for. I am extremely disappointed.
