Cancelled trip last minute - completely unprofessional - dont waste your time with this company
This place is far from professional. We had booked a boat rental for 4 hours and when we arrived at the boat dock they called us and told us they had switched docs but never updated us on the address. Once we get in the car and are 5min from the new location they call us and tell us that they have to cancel our reservation because they no longer have any boats but they had booked us in. Worst customer service I’ve ever received and a huge waste of time going through them just to save a little money. Not even worth the saving... read more
Place is closed they called me to say they moved somewhere else than canceled the boat ride
Very disappointed with the customer service. Martin and Roman should not be dealing with people. I would not recommend it. Be aware if you try to get tryout money back you will have a hard time. 5/14/19
Don't book with them, rent elsewhere. I attempted to rent a boat with 'Just Go Rental' on 8/3. It was raining, so I attempted to call the company to cancel several times and no one answered the business phone or email. I then had to drive to speak with the employee in person, and he explained no one answered "because his boss was in Europe". The trip ended up cancelled due to the storm, which is within their cancellation policy. I requested a refund but have not received one. Their company still does not respond to phone cal... read more
