I just ordered some flowers for my wife and daughter going to the same address. They charge me 28?for one and 23 for other. I was told one of the shipping would be waive if I called back with my oder number. Well that didn't happen they tried their best not to give me any thing. They told me that 15 was the best they could do. I waited to the last minute to order so I had to deal with this. I won't ever use them again
This service is absolutely TERRIBLE. I need my refund immediately since the flowers I ordered were not delivered absolutely terrible company.
She was very kind. She took my order the same day. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. I will definately use again.
They advertise same day or next day deliveries, I place an order Feb 13th to be delivered Feb 14th Valentine's Day and they did not deliver and had the audacity to Apologize and say they they will deliver them on the 15th really, I'm sitting here looking like a fool with my head hung down on Valentine's day, Never use them again
