We have been to other offices where we wait a long time to see the dr and could never get same day sick visit. We do not have to worry about that with Dr. Patel. I have never had to wait to see her and I can call when my child is sick and get in within the hour. All of her staff are caring and very professional..
The staff was great! It was a short wait time and Elizabeth upfront was very helpful. We saw Dr. Patel quickly. I would recommend to anyone in the Katy area!
Today was our first visit and it was great! Very welcoming, professional and clean. Dr. Patel was so good with my kids and answered all my questions.
I called first thing in the morning and my daughter was seen within an hour. Dr. Patel is thorough, professional and most of all extremely personable. The staff is also wonderful. We were seen promptly! Oh and they played a movie in the waiting room. Great way to pass time, although the wait wasn't long. Highly recommend this office.

What a great doctor. We used to go to TX Children Cinco Ranch, not anymore. Dr Patel is awesome, and staff is friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure.
