Staff is very nice to nervous kids. They also love my glasses!!!
The dentist and staff are always so great with my son and daughter. He and she was scheduled for Xrays which I was sure that he and she was not going to be ok with it but the staff got him and her to sit still. Thank you! ERIKA AND ALL THE STAFF ARE GREAT!!!!!
Booked the appointments last minute. Great staff Erika was a wonderful dental assistant with her help and energy we got through the visit with a breeze
I cannot remember our hygienist’s name (Ericka) because in my mind it is “Angel”. Both kids have significant anxiety at the dentist, she and Dr Patel are so wonderful. TV set up is great for distraction. They are good at telling them what is going to happen (or in my daughter’s case, just moving fast and doing it). They let her have nitrous to calm anxiety which was so helpful. I HATE taking my kids to the dentist but these guys make it manageable. My girls had their cleanings and checkups with Erika and Cass, and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better experience. Both of them are incredibly friendly, gentle, and patient they made my girls feel safe and comfortable. I love coming into a dentistry that makes my children feel relaxed, have them smiling, and completely have them at ease.
