I would tell you I am very disappointed with the customer service. I’ve been dealing with a transfer since 7 March. I did not get my legacy on until the 13th. I’ll talk to a number of ages and customer service representative and one told me they got the documents I needed other told me they didn’t one told me that I need to pay a deposit, but I was already there a customer Too.
