I recently signed with Just Energy I wished I would have kept my old electric company. I live in a small not even 900 Sq ft trailer and my usage was 3000 kwz my bill was over 1000. I'm still in shock of course I can't afford to pay that bill. Too good to be true I should've known better "Free nights and weekends" is a complete lie!!!!!
I want to express my deep frustration regarding my excessively high energy bills and a misleading contract issue. As a single occupant in a 1BHK apartment without a washer or dryer, it is completely unreasonable that I have been charged around $270 for my energy usage. This has been a recurring issue for the last five months, and despite my minimal consumption, my bills remain unreasonably high.
