I've been a customer for over 10 years. Called yesterday to see if I had any options to save a few bucks. No big deal either way. However, what they did do is transfer me to "Good Bundle". So at the time I thought I'll be saving money by subscribing to it. Turns out, they want to sell me a whole house water filtration system. Then I asked what the discount would be based on my current bill. So I said "You want me to pay $19.99/month to get $7 off of a $262 bill?" Cancelled it right there and then. Representative was great very detailed,
Thus company is a scam & they lied to me as well, i was referred by my niece and my referral code was never put in & i never got the $75 referral either yet neither did my niece just been getting $340 lightbills i also asked to be on the night/ weekend plan which i wasnt enrolled in either, I'll be going to another light conpany soon as i find one🤬🤬🤬, I'll never refer anybody to this company & I also reported this company to the Better Business Bureau
