Soy cliente de ellos y realmente estoy muy disgustado con el servicio que ofrecen, aún estoy esperando el plan que me prometieron, al contrario cada mes pago más y más, no le recomendaría esta compañía a nadie... espero muy pronto poder cambiarme para otra compañía, y siempre que me pregunten por ellos, la respuesta sería la misma.... Just got my first bill and to say im pissed is an understatement the sales rep at sams told me we could expect to see a significant reduction over what we are paying instead im looking at a $627 bill with a rate at .17kwh where i was told it would be closer to .09-.10kwh ill be leaving and making sure to file a formal complaint with sams club. When i asked the rep about the rate she promised it never bills that high.
