I called to get an appointment set up here and the whole situation seemed very unprofessional. The staff that answered the phone wasn’t aware if they did couples counseling and had to call me back. She then called back and said I needed to go on a waitlist. Fine. As I’m giving my information and already repeated myself multiple times she tells me I need to speak louder cuz she can’t hear me.
