Extremely rude staffÂ
robbed!!!!! paid $41 for a lady to hack my babies curly hair it took 5 mins and I still paid $41. I left so upset my baby now looks like an old man with a cut that looks like he has cut himself. when I called to ask why I was charged $41 for a 5 min trim, and how others with long hair ladies cuts pay $29 the lady hung up the phone on me, she is so rude & unprofessional I wont be ever going there again. I do not recommend anyone letting this place cut your hair, they are hopelessÂ
HORRENDOUS UNPROFESSIONAL RIPP OFF AND extremely RUDE STAFF I will be reporting this shop to fair trading tomorrow morning and ombudsman. 42$ for a 1 year old cut which took 5 mins and my child's hair was ruined. No communication no greeting nothing Ridiculous just plain attitude towards the customer. Do not recommend at all!!!Â

Took my son to cut his curly hair. Had no issues two month ago with Yukari and the haircut came just right. Today the experience with Yukari was the total opposite and left me in tears. All curls were gone without my consent, horrible style and my son didn't like it either. And we still got charged. No sorry, Yukari just kept insisting I asked for it (which I did not!).Â
