Worst haircut I have ever had. I clearly said I want something short and easy to look after but now I have to use a styling wand or dryer every day...the exact opposite of what I wanted. Plus I tried 9 times to get tge app to work and it wouldn't send a code. Turn no response to my email to Head Office. A bad experience all round
I was June’s last client for the day at Point Cook but she still took the time to make sure my cut was perfect. Great, friendly service.
We had such a beautiful experience with Kim for my son’s first haircut She was incredibly sweet, patient, and gentle the entire time. I was honestly amazed at how comfortable she made him feel—he was happy the whole time and not even scared of the machine! She really turned what could have been a stressful moment into such a special memory for us. You can tell she genuinely cares and has so much experience with little ones. I’m so grateful we had Kim for this milestone—highly recommend!
Cynthia did an amazing job with my frizzy hair. I absolutely love her work—she is highly skilled and truly knows what she’s doing. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with frizz!
The lady's that gave my son and partner a haircut are so lovely. Also helped pick a new treatment cream for my daughters hair after I had mentioned it was really dry. They gave me some advice on it. I really appreciated it. Even the lady at the desk was so friendly and gave our kids a balloon each. I highly recommend going here. (:
