I highly recommend just cooling, particularly their technician Isaiah. I had them do a second opinion after another company said my compressor was bad and I needed to replace my entire system. The other guy was there less than an hour. Isaiah comes and spends over an hour investigating the issue and finds there were some burnt wires feeding into the compressor. They came out 2 days later and were able to diagnose my issue and complete the warranty claim and was ready to install a new AC and furnace within a week. Kudos to tech Phillip Fields for his help with my AC/furnace. I reached out to Choice Home Warranty because my AC was making a horrible racket. They hooked me up with Just Cooling and Just Cooling sent me Phillip. This tech was very professional and personable. He diagnosed the problem with my unit quickly and explained it in such a way that I, as a layperson and HVAC ignoramus, was able to understand what the issue was.
