I highly recommend just cooling, particularly their technician Isaiah. I had them do a second opinion after another company said my compressor was bad and I needed to replace my entire system. The other guy was there less than an hour. Isaiah comes and spends over an hour investigating the issue and finds there were some burnt wires feeding into the compressor. They came out 2 days later and were able to diagnose my issue and complete the warranty claim and was ready to install a new AC and furnace within a week.
