We started using Just Cleaning in October 2012. The first cleaning was fantastic. We were very excited to start using a cleaning company and able to spend our weekend relaxing versus cleaning. However, things quickly went downhill. Our cat bowl that we have for 15 years disappeared. We called and was informed it was broken. They should have called us to inform us of that.
