RecommendedI went to the salt room on Wednesday because I was getting a really bad sore throat. Went back on Thursday filled with congestion and feeling a little skeptical. Friday I was down for the count, much less congestion but feeling body aches and weak. Today, I got up-congestion almost gone and feel so much better. I think I blew through a nasty virus by getting salt treatments. :-)
The 45 minutes spent in the salt room was amazing. A entire new level of relaxation. Bonus is the staff is amazing. Both helpful and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to return.
