I recently completed physical therapy at Just Be Fit after a fall. It exceeded my expectations in every way, from the front office staff, Aaron the owner, and especially Ranjani, my physical therapist. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, thoughtful, and kind. She provided the kind of reassurance and encouragement which enabled me to make rapid and remarkable progress. I enthusiastically recommend Just Be Fit and Ranjani.
I just completed my final physical therapy session with Christine Bernacki at Just Be Fit in Deerfield and I truly feel much better. Christine is so helpful and knowledgeable as she put together an exercise program that is easy to follow and is so helpful in managing a healthier lower back through strength and mobility management. I would highly recommend Just Be Fit generally and absolutely recommend Christine specifically for physical fitness and therapy.
