RecommendedNot only are they wonderful with basic service but go above and beyond in their customer service. I had a flat, thought I had a spare. Called and made appointment for tire next day. 20 minutes later found out I didn’t have a spare. An hour before closing I phoned them back and they said without hesitation that they would fix it immediately! Pricing is amazing, an oil change was 1/2 what we had been paying in Iowa City. Would definitely recommend Just Automotive.
We just had the valve cover gasket replaced and an oil change on the wife's van. They gave me an estimate before hand and kept the price right at the estimated cost, they also picked up the van at my work and dropped it off before I got off work as discussed, they also answered any and all questions I had after the job was done. Absolutely do not recommend terrible customer service very rude!They tried charging my wife $900 worth of labor to change an alternator I went elsewhere and got it done for 150!

I have used Just Auto since I moved to Williamsburg. Such a kind, professional and talented team! I recently got married and now my husband takes his car there. My Mom and Dad moved here last year and my Dad uses them, too! They will text you the service evaluation, with colored pictures, so you can see each and every service point that they check and if their is something wrong with the vehicle, you are able to see.
