Francisco came out on 7/15 to service and evaluate my AC unit on 7/15. He did a great job explaining what was going on with the unit and what repairs needed to be done should I have chosen to dump money into my 20+ year old AC. Francsico was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me thoroughly. I decided to go with a major upgrade, and I purchased a heat pump. Our home’s AC went out last night, but I was able to call Just Air this morning and schedule a same day diagnostic appointment. We had actually called several other companies as well, but they were the fastest to get us on the schedule and arrived before anyone else, which we really appreciated, especially in this heat!
