With heatwave at 110, my very expensive A/C blew a circuit. At 8 pm, I called Just Air and left a message. Within 15 minutes, Molly returned call. A/C technician, Kee, came and fixed the problem. He was very professional. He listen to my concerns, and then went right to work to fix the problem. It was an emergency call! Thank you Just Air, Molly, and Kee
Excellent customer service and support from the moment I called to completion of service, it was 10/10 care. They were fast to get someone to my house(within hrs) and address the issue. The technician that solved my problem was efficient knowledgeable and communicative. Ask for Kee you won’t be disappointed! I’ve been utilizing them for the last 5 years and I doubt I’ll stop anytime soon. Keep up the great work “Just Air”!
