This company has installed our Sprinkler system many years ago. Now I called for a broken sprinkler head last Monday and was promised to come look at it Wednesday. Today is Friday and still no one has came nor called me. I called to follow up but this lady who answered was unapologetic and rude to a frustrated customer. Totally lack of comprehension on how to handle a frustrated paying customer. I know the guys I have spoken to in the past and has worked on our sprinklers has always been courteous and nice.
