Very disappointed. The workers were impolite and unprofessional. I was charged unfair costs that were never clearly explained, and it felt like they were trying to take extra money without justification. There was no transparency, no respect, and no proper customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for honest or fair treatment.

We had our first appointment on rush since my son's tooth became infected while waiting for another appointment. They were kind on the phone and just as worried about my son as I was. They quickly moved his appointment for us (not to mention they have a great cancel list system.) When we arrived, the place was very easy to find, clean and bright. I want to give 0. Not just because of expensive. My son woke up during dental surgery because anesthesia dosage was insufficient. They just held him down to complete the entire procedure.

If I could give 0 stars I would do it with no hesitation just for dishonesty. My 4 year old son had to have dental fillings, the estimate that was given to us was around $1800 plus $661.09 for anesthesia. We ended up paying around $2000 plus another $ 673.60 extra. When we called to ask why there was an extra charge, they said it’s because we found out that there were more teeth needed to be done.
