The office in Chester has terrible customer service, they don’t know how to deal with kids and the ghetto dentist assistant I’m sure everyone knows who it is has no professionalism at all. It’s not everyone in the office but one bad apple spoils the bunch.
RecommendedWe moved to Richmond 9 years ago. We started at just 4 kids then. Best staff I have ever dealt with. My son is 14 and said yesterday. Dang mom I have to change dentist when I turn 18 or am out of school right? I said yep he was like let’s not tell him how old I really am! Now that’s love!
