When we arrived we reserved a spot, there were only two people serving us, they gave us a 45 minute wait. After the time had passed they told us that our spot had been erased from the system, the person who served us was very rude and dismissive, she told us to reserve a spot again and wait another 45 minutes. I think they didn't want to serve my son, racism perhaps?

Every single time I go in there there's at least an hour or hour and a half away so I drove to Paris and got my haircut no thank you

Checked in on the app at 9am. Earliest I could get in was 11am. No problem. However, when I got to the shop at my suggested time to check in, it was STILL going to be a 93 minute wait.

They cut hair pretty decent but the wait is atrocious and they won’t let you make an appointment. I checked in at 9:30 AM only 30 minutes after they open and their screen said my weight was going to be 40 minutes However, at 10:10 I decided to leave because it still said it was going to be 30 minutes almost 40 minutes after I checked in.
