I have not been impressed with the service or ease of getting supplies needed from here. My 1st pickup was in Nov. 2025 & as of now, 5/2026, I'm still having trouble. Not impressed with the service people or the way their program works. Which, by the way, was never explained to me. Since I don't know what I need, or want, by the time I think I have it figured out they seem NOT TO WANT TO ISSUE CREDITS! "It's to hard to do".... WHAT? They'd rather it be donated. At $55. I had the pleasure of doing business with staff appreciative of my business. Their medical equipment employees were great as I had purchased the wrong type of equipment. I had my receipt in and and the refund was processed on the spot.
Good people and very quick service. Support your local small business more than the BIG STORE. They will take a more personalized approach and work harder for you than anyone at Super Store.
