The oral surgeon was great! The front desk people were great! I was given a quote and it drastically went up after the visit? But the Woman who holds the wand to remove spit from your mouth, blonde hair. Yeah she was rude. Very rude. Whispered about me outside of my patient room, was snide and I could tell she just isnt a people person. Leave your problems at the door and treat people like humans.
Our experience with Dr. was great. Surgery was a success and no issues healing. However, prior to surgery we requested a quote of what we would need to pay up front. We were told $695 would be our cost to pay up front and that we would not owe anymore and possibly even get a refund. Unfortunately that was not the case. My husband called them last week and was told we would owe another $400 but then we got our bill and we owed an additional $565. So far so good...being able to fill out paperwork online made check in a breeze. My son is the patient and he was uneasy about the whole situation, but once everything was explained he was ok with getting work after talking with the doctor. The Doctor was very nice and explained everything efficiently. He also prayed with us prior to the procedure. The procedure was quick. I paid for the visit before leaving and was told I would get an itemized explanation of payment. The entire process was satisfactory.
