RecommendedI took my kids today, but before we could go in, our van overheated and was not working correctly. They brought us water, and helped me figure out how to get it to where I could get going and out. Since we were unable to do the tour, they refunded me. I did not even think they would offer a refund for this type of event, so I was not expecting it, specially since it was no fault of theirs that my van broke down. Terrible bait and switch scam.
They have terrible customer service. I placed my order based on their advertisement (maximum of 8 people per vehicle) but because my vehicle holds more, I'm charged a surcharge because they expect that I'll sneak people in.... I do have a larger family with multiples so in order to safely fit the littles car seats, we bought a larger van. Apparently that means that my van of 8 has to pay more than other families in large SUVs that are the same wheelbase and amount of people.

Hi Lynsey. We are very sorry for the inconvenience, however company policy states vehicles that seat more than 8 people will need to purchase a large vehicle ticket. We are very sorry that was not portrayed to you correctly, however we do not have a way to monitor if a large vehicle that seats more than 8 people is actually holding 8 or less people, therefore this policy applies to all large vehicles that seat more than 8 people.
We had a great time. Great for kids
I bet this would be awesome if it was inside, it was hot and it was a bit crowded BUT my 4 & 6 year old and 9 year old niece loved it! That made it worth it, my teens were just along for the ride lol My son loved the dinosaurs that roared! He was super excited through the whole thing, I'd give this place another chance if it's ever inside.
My 2 boys (age 6 and 3) literally begged us to leave after only 5 minutes of getting in. This was not like the pictured being advertised at all. We purchased the car ticket as well as the $15 for the gift bag. it was truly the worst $70 we have ever spent. Super bummed. Save your money!
My group loved seeing the various dinosaurs, I especially loved the audio that told us a little bit about them. It took us about a 1 1/2 hours to drive through on a busy afternoon . Great quarantine adventure.
It was pretty fun. definitely would recommend this
We really wanted to love this attraction. Some big issues though: 1) 40 minute wait to enter the gate... 2) There were only 2 people that had the hand held baby dino's. The two operators were on break and sitting in the shade without back-ups to take over... My son wanted to open to door to go see them. Really disappointing that they did not staff appropriately for folks to be able to take breaks.
