I normally don’t do reviews at all but I want folks to know it’s not worth the money for the actual event. First off after looking at the advertisements my son (4) was super excited we would be able to see the baby dinosaur and maybe even pet it. That didn’t happen the girl stood inside of the tent and waved. Not only did we not get to pet it while didn’t even get to see it up close tucked away back in the tent. Then as we went through it basically only way to describe it was dinosaurs were scattered throughout the parking l... read more

Don’t spend your money on this. My daughter and grandson just went to the OKC and it was incorrect of what they’re saying. The dinosaurs don’t move you don’t get prizes you don’t get to see anything people are rude they won’t help you and for my grandson getting a VIP pass he got to wind up toys that you would find a McDonald’s happy meal. Don’t spend your money this is a scam, they won’t answer the phone they won’t email me back they won’t return your money.THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Planned to take my 3 year old for Cincinnati OH Duke Convention center event originally scheduled for April as a birthday surprise, well Covid went down and said no one was allowed refund till they released “rescheduled dates” so they released the dates for July 4th weekend for god knows why but luckily we were planning on going till they released a week before that they are now “Canceling” show as it has been over 90 days since original date planned ....... which should have happened in the first place ! Followed exact inst... read more

Business response:

Hi Victoria. We apologize for any inconvenience we caused when we had to cancel the Cincinnati show. We were working hard with the venue to be able to keep our rescheduled dates, however due to Covid, we were unable to bring our indoor, interactive exhibit in a safe way for our guests and crew members. Given the purchases were made over 90 days, we are not able to automatically refund directly to the credit cards used to purchase the tickets. We have asked guests to reach out so that we can confirm that we are sending checks... read more

it was awesome! we went through the Drive-Thru in Dallas. and all things considered it was pulled together nicely. you may not have had all the lighting and extra stuff to make it more cool looking but with the audio guide and how it was spaced out it was very nice and my little dino lover went completely bonkers for it all. she was so excited and thought it was the coolest thing ever. I even got a hug and a "Thank you Mami, for taking me to see real dinosaurs!!". (she's 4!). I can't wait to go again and see them when we can... read more

Long wait, with no traffic protocols, so cars were bumper to bumper. They split you into two lines, but then force everyone back into one, but without someone directing traffic, it makes it very difficult to get into the gate. Several broken dinosaurs in the parking lot, near the trailer. No decorations and the dinosaurs are just scattered throughout the parking lot. Save your money.

I do recommend this if you have 4 or more kids. It's not worth the prize if your only doing it with 1. It's definitely for smaller children, I'd say 10 and under, unless you have older kids that are extremely into dinosaurs. DO NOT get the gift bundle. IT IS A RIP OFF and was very disappointing, all the dinosaurs surprises were toys that you can find at the dollar store. Make sure you understand how the Audio works, that was a big gun factor for this place, without it it would have been very boring.

My kids were not impressed at all. This was a parking lot full of small scenes.

the wait to get in was awful almost 3 hours, but they texted us a couple of times and apologized for the delay and said they were repairing damage from the weather. they offered to let us come back in the evening. so I think they did the best they could. It was definitely worth the money! we had a good time. felt like the suprise goody bags were over priced my but my 7 year old liked them and the event!

My honest opinion, based on how i feel the company had to modify their program to the COVID-19 situation going on. First of, who didn't want to touch the dinos? My 16 month old was squealing of excitement. My 4 year old and 10 year old were a little more irritated since it was hot and a long car ride. we drove 30 minutes to the location, and waited in line an hour before entering the area with the dinosaurs. It took another hour to tour and see the dinos. It shouldn't take that long, but hey we have kids in the car and need ... read more
