I've been going to Derrick for years and I refuse to go somewhere else! He is an honest and reasonable man. A trustworthy mechanic is worth his weight in gold and Derrick is made of platinum. Very knowledgeable on luxury vehicles and will get you genuine parts. Not aftermarket bull crap.
I called this shop simply to get a rough estimate for an engine replacement. I asked for the labor rate and the estimated number of labor hours for the job. Instead of providing basic information, I was repeatedly told to bring the vehicle in.
