I recently went to JMG to get a physical and the service was phenomenal. Dr. Novoa is very sweet and easy to talk to--he wants to address any issues you might have! Flo is also amazing and very funny, she made me feel very comfortable. Will definitely be going back! Everyone there was super nice and professional.
I saw Renee Lancaster for my annual physical. She was very thorough and kind. I don’t really like going to the Doctor, but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I got my results in a timely manner and am very happy with my care. I am giving her 5 stars!
My experience has been awful, I've been trying to get a Rx for an eardrop for 2 weeks and still don't have it! They didn't call it in twice and now the pharmacy cant fill it because of some issues with it not being readable or something... the pharmacy has called them 3-4 times in 2 days with no resolution...I just called again, so we'll see, but it's Friday now and I might go another weekend without it. Dr. LaKier I have followed him to Jupiter medical center. So far their office seems like a friendly place. He has been my family doctor for many years. He has always treated me with compassion I have been happy with his care.
The only reason I go to this place is because its close by. I've been there 3 times. Dr. Farooqui is my doctor and she made me feel like another piece of meat with insurance. Since its the annual general check up I don't mind but for other serious things I go to the VA Hospital or another doctor an hour away from me.
I have been going to the Jupiter Medical Group practice for about 12 years, and when I needed to get in yesterday but my doctor was not available, the office staff introduced me to one of the newest physicians-Dr. Ashberg. I waited slightly longer than I was used to waiting, but it was well worth it. Her attention to detail was excellent as was her "bed side manner". My mom is a very difficult and sometimes stubborn, love her deeply nonetheless. She had such a fantastic visit with JMG that I had to let everyone know. They took care of her, listened to her and spent as much time as she needed to discuss her medical history and expectation of an upcoming TNR. Absolutely love this place and would not trust any other group in our great Jupiter town with my mom and family care. Thanks to all at JMG!!!!!
