Just had a new patient exam at Military Trail office...very impressed and staff was wonderful
there a bunch of misfits with no medical education on how to run an office yet be responsible for your monthly medicines! 😠 The doctors are just as bad as their staff!!!!
The Jupiter location is great! Yesterday and today i called the Wellington branch multiple times,starting yesterday at 10am., still haven't heared from them. Now i have to go to Jupiter tomorrow to get my prescriptions refilled. I was off tomorrow for my B-day. Bullsh#t!!!
The Royal Palm Beach office is amazing! My hubby and I have been going there for about 3 years and NOTHING to complain about! Very friendly and helpful staff, all nurses and Doctors are top notch! Blessed to be a part of Jupiter Medical Group, RPB
So disappointed. I have to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment every time. And then, the doctor gives me 5 minutes with their hand on the door! I left today without any resolve to my problem and wanted blood work and was told I have to wait until February! Something is very wrong and I don’t think it should wait that long. I’m done with this group. They just don’t care about their patients at all.

I went there to hopefully find a great Doctor to be my PCM. I waited an hour to talk with my doctor and then she gave me about 5 mins of her time before sending me across the hall to wait another hour for an X-ray. I walked out without getting the X-ray. I’ll find another group where they actually focus on patient care.
