My sister recently had her wedding at your venue. This venue is beyond disorganized. We were told to be at the rehearsal dinner by 6 or we would be fined. We got there on time only to wait 45 minutes on the staff to be ready. During the reception the bartender was over pouring and served many minors. The bartender for a fact did not ID everyone. We were charged 300 dollars for a bartender who was very irresponsible. I would not recommend this venue.
My Best friend had her a wedding here almost a week ago. From the beginning we had trouble getting in touch with someone to even go over small details about decor, and just general questions we needed answered. Wedding day nothing was as promised. The reception room was to say the least lacked the appearance of any celebration about to be taken place. I’ve seen funerals with more style. I celebrated my daughter’s quinceañera in the main ballroom. The staff was great. The venue was stunning. Service from servers, bartender and security were fenomenal. Cecelia made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
