This hip little restaurant and brewpub has taken post-modernism to the extreme by adopting an original, if not heretical, approach to its décor. Inside you will find pews, fixtures, and other bits and pieces from a local Berkeley church. But sit back, relax, and enjoy one of its three dozen beers on tap, and nibble on gourmet sandwiches like roast chicken, and mozzarella and basil, as well as freshly baked pizzas. Local bands are featured on Thursday through Saturday nights.

Just keeps getting better every year... a must stop for those occasional warm Berkeley evenings...
We stop here every time we are in Berkeley. Good beer selection and tasty pizza 🍕 . Service is excellent including our waitress this Sunday who was friendly and helped my newly minted 21 year old daughter find something yummy to drink ( mango cider). See you next time.
Excellent selection of House-brewed beers, a decent wine list, and excellent pizza with a slightly crispy crust (the veggie pizza is to die for). The playlist isn’t bad either, a good mix of upbeat music that is not too loud to talk over. Love it!!
