I have used Mike several times. He easy to work with and has good communication through out the process.
I LOVED working with Mike! He offered the exact service I wanted at a very affordable price. After trying FSBO for months, I was relieved to be done scheduling showings myself, and after receiving multiple offers, Mike helped with the negotiations and paperwork (including a dozen addendum!) I feel like I got more than my money’s worth. 10/10 recommend.
Just Beware, agent had over 45 active listings at the time he had our home listed. Tried selling our home with him for over half a year. Nothing! Switched realtors, we sold it in 45 days. He was a nice of enough guy, I don’t have anything bad to say about him directly. Just his business model is not great! At least for this current market. Maybe during Covid when all you had to do is put a sign up on your lawn and you had 4 offers.
Great advice, stayed on top of details found the right buyers and closed the deal. Very reasonable commission. I would use him again.
I definitely recommend Mike and Ashley with JupiDoor. Great communication and I had a smooth closing. I reviewed the listing on Thursday and received 4 offers through the weekend. Mike helped me navigate the offers and was great to work with through closing. Will definitely use JupiDoor again.
