If you're a student looking for a hassle-free living experience, do yourself a favor and avoid this apartment complex at all costs. Whatever rent they charge you, add the deposit to it, because you're not getting it back. I left my apartment in pristine condition, yet they hit me with random charges, including $500 for a drywall repair. The place was spotless, and I didn't leave any junk or furniture behind. I strongly advise against renting from Tripalink. During my one-year stay in their apartment (June 2022 to June 2023), I received a move-out summary from them after I moved out this June claiming that they removed a fan which belongs to me. However, the truth is that the fan they mentioned was already present in the apartment before I moved in. It is not mine. It's evident that they are deceptive and dishonest. To avoid any unpleasant experiences, I urge you never to consider renting any property from Tripalink.

Juno Studios is a great option close to campus. Getting info, applying, and touring were all very easy and Jennifer was very helpful.
