Without a doubt, this has to be the best property management in San Diego. You’re not going to find a more charismatic and caring manager than Elaine. She’s professional, has a great sense of humor, and always gets the job done. I rented with her and Juno Property Management once several years ago. Just finished our first year on the lease and Elaine has been wonderful. One of the few property managers that actually cares after move in and always finds time to meet. Alex the repair man is a lifesaver too. Our dryer broke and he showed up the day of, then had it replaced within the week. Highly recommend to anyone looking in the sd area!
Be cautious about working with this company. Least responsive and reliable Property Management company in San Diego. They will waste your time. They only communicate via phone while rescheduling things (multiple times) and only respond days at a time.
