Got this while on sale and the price couldn't be beat! I loved that I got to video call someone to walk me through the process! It made me feel much more confident that my results would be accurate. So thankful for this service and it was a great experience!
Overall I had a great experience with Juno. FedEx originally misplaced my package and I had to call Juno customer service so they could track it down. It “arrived” on a Thursday and I called them on Friday but they said they couldn’t do anything to find it until Monday. I didn’t get an update from customer service at all just saw that my account updated to them having my package at the facility. Afterward, I hoped that they would fast track my test since all of that happened but it took 3 business days still to get my result... read more
