I would have normally given it five stars, but because of the following, I was disappointed at time scheduled, which was supposed to be between 11:00 and 1:00, the drivers arrived two hours earlier. I’m the caregiver for my handicap husband and he was just getting out of bed when they arrived. I was not able to attend to my husband due to the unscheduled interruption. Company was easy to schedule via a telephone call.. the pickup was arranged the following business day and I was giving a specific time, with 2 hour window, which they kept. I had a limited amount to pick up. I was charged for the minimal amount, and no more. The 2 strong gentlemen were very efficient and courteous.

I had excellent experience with their service! They had to go around a difficult outdoor path for the refrigerator; the bottom of the hospital bed was awkward and heavy; other items had to go around fences and were falling apart!! A+++ I will definitely call them again in the future! Thank you!
