Disgustingly disrespectful owner and employees. This is what they posted about handling my daughters cremation on Facebook.

There are no words to describe how fantastic these 2 women are. We went in not knowing what to do and left with a short list of easy things to do while they took on everything else. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Felicia and Sarah.

We lost our furbaby last month, very tragic accident. Of all the places I contacted for cremation, these folks were the only ones who didn't make the loss of our dog seem insignificant. We lost a family member and the pain we felt in our hearts was real. They were so wonderful to us & we had so much comfort knowing that our Mr. Bear was in good hands. We can't say thank you enough!
Every family member matters. Even those covered in fur. Thank you for the great care you provide.
