We recently purchased a home in Bentley Crossing and the HOA uses this lawn service. They have been very sloppy with their work. They leave the grass very high after a “cut” and piles of left over stuff is all over. They won’t blow anything. They also cut a lot of corners and leave patches of grass untouched. Weeds are all over the pool area. The landscaping is just so rough here. I think residents will be complaining to HOA to switch service.
Contacted Juniper through their CS portal. After 3 tries, I gave up. If you want an unresponsive, uncaring, unreliable and non-dependale lawn care company in your community, then hire Juniper.
If you want your lawn destroyed, then hire Juniper. Erratic schedule, scalp your grass, spin wheels that dig holes, ignore their contract specifics, trimming is hit and miss. Pay your money and your do not get what you bargained for. Good luck !
