Don't know what happened, but I recently made two phone appointments 1 day apart re the new Medicare GLP-1 program and after checking my emails and phone for missed calls, never heard from anyone. I may have accidentally botched the process on the website while making the appointments. So far as what I think about in-office appointments and other follow-up calls, these folks get an A+ from me.
