I’m very impressed with the service at Juniper Gardens. The maintenance team responded so quickly and took care of several issues in my apartment with great care and attention to detail. The site staff/ maintenance are amazing, every interaction is friendly, and they do earnestly try to help, however the building itself is one of the worst places I have lived in, it seems construction and finishing was rushed, little to no soundproofing and weathering was done, if there are loud bangs in a unit several down from yours, you can hear it through the floors/floors will vibrate. The lack of maintenance of our apartment pushed us to leave. We have currently had water damage (for the second time) and mold growth in our unit for 3 weeks and still no full fix. The AC unit was poorly maintained and we have now had several people in and out to investigate and poke around but the majority of the issue remains. It has caused us damage to our furniture as well that we have to replace/file a claim for. They fixed the leak itself and sprayed the first round of mold but now there is new growth.
