We are extremely pleased with our landscaping project from start to finish with all that is entailed with a new pool install, irrigation issues, trees moved and final landscaping. Myself and another car were just run off the road into a ditch due to one of your truck and trailers. The driver decided he was going to use both lanes to turn with no care in the world. When I called to speak to a manager the lady was rude and asked me well what type of work do the men do, how would I know this from simply seeing the truck? She then follows to ask did I get a truck number, yeah from the ditch that was my first concern.

Just moved to Florida and against my neighbors advice we decided to use Juniper to upgrade our landscaping. Their sales expert came out and suggested several plants which we went with. A few of these died and they did replace them but when more started to die they said I have a water drainage issue. I am not disputing the water drainage issue but believe the "expert" should have recogniszed this and not sold us plants that would not survive in this area. UPDATE: I am pleased to say that Juniper stepped up to the plate and made things right. After posting my original review, I was contacted immediately and they sprung into action. We had a way better experience with a gentleman that came out. He acknowledged the issue and provided an option to fix it. I'm impressed with the turn around time and I know they take their reputation seriously and therefore I am giving credit where credit it due.
