As always, the staff was friendly, competent and explained everything. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but this clinic makes it a safe and easy thing to do.
I enjoy going to my appointments because Jennifer always know who I am when I come in. My hygienist is great and gentle with me. She talks me through what she is doing. And Dr. Shirtcliff is kind, efficient and knows what he is doing. I picked this dentist because my husband has had bad dental experiences and he comes home in a good mood. Doesn't mind the dentist now, at all. Thanks Dr. and team!
The Tooth Fairy keeps herself invisible yet present in this comfortable and professional office suite. You will be warmly greeted by Jennifer who remembers you. Your teeth leave with you in sparkling clean condition after the competent work over by Liane. Dr Shirtcliff is thorough in his exams and work. He excels in explaining what is going on in understandable ways and gives you the choice. As a recent transplant to Central Oregon, I am grateful to the person who referred me to Greenwood Dental Care.
Dr. Shirtcliff and his team were exceptionally helpful. I called in as a new patient in need of a filling and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. Everyone in the office was kind, professional, friendly, positive, and helpful. The procedure was done quickly and comfortably. I could not be more pleased about my visit or more enthusiastic about my recommendation.
I have been with Dr. Shirtcliff and his Staff for 10+ years. They are very Professional, always answer my questions and have never encouraged unnecessary dental work. Dr. Shirtcliff is a very gentle dentist, knows how to calm any stress I may have. Leann, the dental assistant I have had for years, is the" best". She is so good with cleaning and the education she provides is wonderful.
I have been a patient of Greenwood Dental since I moved to Bend in 2003. I have NEVER had an unpleasant cleaning and actually look forward to my appointments because I know I will be taken care of and my teeth gently cleaned. The staff takes the time to connect with me and make sure my concerns are heard. I have recommended them many times to friends and new Bendites.
It was an excellent visit. My cavity was filled, with no pain. The conversation was enjoyable. The only thing that could have made it better was if Ken had volunteered to come and plow my driveway. Cheers!
Our family has relied upon Greenwood Dental and Dr. Shirtcliff for over 10 years. The care and compassion make our semi annual visits enjoyable. On the rare occasion of a chipped or loose tooth from a hockey game, the office staff was able to arrange a same day appointment to correct the issue. We highly recommend Greenwood Dental and Dr. Shirtcliff.
