I am a new patient, and wow, the sign up process was super easy. Made an appointment online for that very same day, right away after I signed up. Met my new doctor who was amazing, who actually asked the right questions, really caring about my health and is a woman, being a breast cancer survivor it was important for me to have a female doctor, which I didn't know who I was going to see at the time of booking my appointment. We have noticed on several occasions that the fair colour receptionist at this clinic communicates with patients in a very rude and dismissive manner, as though she is doing us a favour. This behaviour is unprofessional and concerning, especially as patients deserve respect and courtesy.
