I’ve been a tenant at Meadowbrook Apartments for nearly five years. The community is safe and, for the most part, well-maintained. Pandora, the manager, is absolutely amazing—always ready and willing to help in any capacity. However, our current maintenance man, Donald, leaves much to be desired. Last year, when my dishwasher was being replaced, he arrived unprepared without the proper tools and did not communicate when he would return. My family and I relocated to the Foley area and we’re so happy to have chosen Meadowbrook apartments homes. Ms.Pandora has been a the best Property Manager we’ve ever worked with in our few years of renting. I was super nervous about the move but she has made getting settled in to our apartment so much easier for my family. I highly recommend these apartments you won’t be disappointed.
