I have now had 2 shipments from Jungle Jacks and both experiences were great. My plants arrived in excellent condition and were large, healthy specimens (J105, Shooting Star, and most recently a Scentsational). I also have more JJ varieties than I can count from the big box store shipments. If you've never done a JJ "scavenger hunt" during the summer shipments, you're missing out on a fun opportunity to get some excellent varieties. I hope to make it out to San Diego at some point so I can visit their retail store.
Amazing selection and customer service! Will absolutely be back when in SoCal and will recommend to everyone looking for Plumerias.

We made a trip from Orange County to San Diego and wanted to stop by Jungle Jack's on our way home for some plumeria because I've seen their variety. We were running behind and were likely going to arrive after closing. We called ahead and they were nice enough to stay open for us! I'm so glad they did! The selection is amazing and a little overwhelming (in a great way). We'll definitely be back!
