I called Junge to schedule an appointment for a recall I got on my car. The man I talked to was incredibly RUDE and condescending. He talked to me like an idiot for not knowing how the recall process works and even after I said "listen I don't know how this works so I need you to walk me through it I'm calling for your help not to be talked down to" he continued to be completely disrespectful. I really enjoy doing business with Junge. They give you the small town feel when you go in and they instantly remember your name. I leased a Mazda 3 from them. And now decided to purchase a Mazda 6. Russ took the time to listen to what I was looking for and was also looking out for me with warranties. Tammy also was a big help with final paper work and figuring up what was best for me. Great team and will continue to buy cars from them just like my parents. Thanks Junge!
They are nice and the process was pain free, but if you buy used get it checked out by your own mechanic beforehand. Their rigorous 80 or 120 point inspection is a joke. I will never do business with them again. After I made my purchase I found out my aunt and friend had terrible experiences with used vehicles they purchased from Junge as well; so obviously my experience was not an isolated incident.
Mike Sands and his team took the time to squeeze my car in AND find me a loaner for the day to take care of a problem that another dealership created. I really appreciate the time they took and the customer service they provided to save me time and gas! I'll definitely be back instead of going to my regular dealer again.
